TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- All products are subject to stock availability at the time of order placement.
- Prices and product specifications may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
- Orders are only confirmed after successful payment or advance deposit (where applicable).
- In case a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you to offer an alternative or process a full refund.
- Fine Tech UPS reserves the right to cancel any order if the provided information is found to be incorrect or fraudulent.
PAYMENTS
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa / JazzCash).
- For bulk or corporate orders, advance payment or a deposit may be required.
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Fine Tech UPS is not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment.
DELIVERY
- Delivery is available across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, or our own delivery service (in select cities).
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Fine Tech UPS is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.
- Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Incorrect information leading to failed delivery is the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
WARRANTY
- Warranty duration varies by product and brand. The applicable warranty period will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, power surges, water damage, or physical mishandling.
- To claim warranty, customers must present the original invoice and bring/send the product to our service center.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers must provide correct contact details, delivery address, and CNIC information where required.
- Any misuse of the website, fraudulent orders, or misleading information may result in order cancellation and being blacklisted.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. Issues must be reported immediately.
POLICY UPDATES
Fine Tech UPS reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Fine Tech UPS, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are here to help. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your rights and our process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery no exceptions after this period.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Items showing signs of use, tampering, or physical damage will not be accepted for return.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Call or WhatsApp our support team at 0315-8826613 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Photos or videos of the defect are appreciated.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 working day.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions or a courier booking (in case of our fault).
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind), the customer bears all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error — wrong item, damaged product, or missing accessories — Fine Tech UPS will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service (TCS, Leopards) when returning items.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cash as agreed).
- COD orders that are returned will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Cash refunds are not available for courier-returned orders.
- Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
- If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before dispatch.
- Exchange requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items with broken seals or removed serial number stickers.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or voltage issues.
- Custom or special-order items sourced specifically for the customer.
